There was a time I thought this pace — the overwhelm, the financial pressure, the constant split between work and family — was just how life had to be.

But somewhere in all of it, a quiet voice asked:

There’s a version of modern womanhood that looks fine on the outside — steady income, a busy household, a calendar full of obligations and to-do lists.

But under the surface, it often feels like you’re holding too much and stretching yourself between work, family, and a future that feels increasingly out of reach.

For a long time, that was me, too.

I was working part-time in education, raising three young children, and trying to manage the undoing that often follows separation.

We had sold our family home. I was renting again, starting from a place I hadn’t expected to return to — emotionally, financially, and practically.

The responsibilities didn’t ease. They multiplied. And somewhere in all of it, I realised I had no margin left for growth, for rest, and definitely not for clarity.

What I needed wasn’t inspiration; it was a new, clear way forward.

One that fits the reality of my life today, whilst growing my dream tomorrow.

One that didn’t require me to choose between income and presence, stability and flexibility, or ambition and care.

That’s when I started looking at how other women were doing it - really doing it - without burning themselves out or waiting for retirement to live life on their own terms.

And I found it through everything I share with you here at The Freedom Tribe.

There’s no quick fix and no secret formula. Instead, it was a structured, supported business model that allowed me to grow something real - an income that aligned with my values, results-driven personal development, and a level of clarity I hadn’t felt in years.

I developed The Freedom Tribe not to sell a promise, but to share what’s possible when women have the right tools, structure, and space to make decisions from alignment, not urgency, just like I did.

Today, my business gives me options. It moves with me around school holidays, family commitments, and the moments I no longer feel guilty for taking.

I make a healthy income, I am there for my children when they need me most, and I help other women achieve the same thing.

2022

I was working part-time in education, raising three young children, and navigating life post-separation. We had sold our family home. I was back renting and back to juggling — emotionally, financially, and practically. Like many women, I was doing all the right things, but still feeling like I was getting nowhere.

2024

I started offering The Freedom Tribe steadily and with intention. I moved away from survival-based decisions and started making space for clarity, strategy, and growth. I began helping other women, just like you, explore this same model, guiding them toward a way of working, earning, and living that fits.

My goal wasn’t reinvention. It was ownership of time, income, and direction.

2023

I stopped searching for shortcuts and started looking for structure. I explored business models, personal development spaces, and income pathways that didn’t require more output, just greater alignment. I found something that made sense: a modern, flexible framework that combined personal growth, business mentorship, and the ability to create income around my life, not in conflict with it.

This is where everything began to shift.

My business is fully portable and profitable. I earn in a way that supports my lifestyle, my family, and the freedom I used to think had to wait until ‘one day.’ I work with women who are done with trade-offs. Women who are ready to earn differently, without the burnout, without the performance, and without the need to justify the pace they choose.

  • I didn’t start with confidence. I started with frustration and a deep knowing within that there had to be another way. The confidence came later after taking small steps, seeing real results, and being part of a community that actually understood the juggle.

  • You don’t need full clarity to begin. Most women I speak to are in some kind of transition: questioning what’s no longer working in their life, but unsure what comes next. Or how. That’s exactly where I was. The process I now follow created space for me to figure things out while still moving forward with an income and freedom of time.

  • Not at all. I didn’t have a five-year plan or anything like that! I just knew the life I was living wasn’t working the way I wanted it to. I was stretched too thin, financially and emotionally, and I needed a path that supported change without requiring a complete reinvention. This gave me that and I know it will for you, too.

  • I built this in the in-between moments — while working part-time, parenting, and starting over. I didn’t have endless time. For me, it was about having the right structure and support, so I could make steady progress without burning out.

  • That was my exact situation when I began. Juggling part-time teaching and raising three kids. What mattered most wasn’t how much time I had, but how committed I was to doing something differently. This model gave me structure, support, extra income and flexibility - all on my terms.

I didn’t come from a business background either, but I was ready to follow a clear process, backed by tools, mentorship, and a supportive community.
